1 piece string cheese
1 organic banana
1 organic gala apple
1 peach
Snack:
approx. 1 oz. Cashews
1 Tbsp. Peanut butter
Dinner:
1 ear sweet corn

Breakfast:
honey nut cheerios
skim milk
Lunch:
1 organic avocado
1 piece string cheese
Dinner:
2 servings raspberries
2 servings marinated artichoke hearts
approx. 3 oz. cashews
I also walked for about a mile and a half on Thursday. Friday, no exercise. I'm getting up in the morning, though, for my walking group and some hot yoga.
